Welcome to GoGoing. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using GoGoing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

GoGoing is operated by Zhenghao Xu, located at Qinghe Xiaoying Bridge, Haidian District, Beijing, China. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean that legal entity.

2. Description of Service

GoGoing provides an AI-powered chat application that allows users to interact with large language models for productivity, research, creative assistance, and similar lawful purposes. The service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoGoing. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gogoingai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. AI-Generated Content — Ownership & License

6.1 Your Inputs

You retain all ownership rights over the messages, prompts, and files you submit to GoGoing ("Input Content").

6.2 AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in the text and other content generated by our AI in response to your inputs ("Generated Content"). Because AI outputs may be non-unique, we make no representation that Generated Content is original or that you will have exclusive rights to it.

6.3 Our License to Your Content

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input Content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your personal chat history to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoGoing to:

Generate or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Create content that is harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, model weights, or system prompts from GoGoing.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. API Abuse & Rate Limiting

GoGoing enforces usage quotas and rate limits that vary by subscription tier. Automated access or programmatic abuse beyond your allocated quota is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that materially exceed fair-use thresholds.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on GoGoing (other than Your Content) belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our branding without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for evaluating Generated Content before relying on it.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoGoing after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
