Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use GoGoing, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We aim to be transparent — no dark patterns, no surprises.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Email address (required to create an account)
- Display name and profile picture (optional)
- Authentication data if you sign up via a third-party OAuth provider (e.g., Google)
2.2 Usage & Chat Data
- Messages you send to and receive from the AI model, stored to maintain your conversation history
- Session metadata: timestamps, message counts, feature usage
2.3 Technical Data
- IP address and general geolocation (country / region)
- Browser type, operating system, and device category
- Cookies necessary to keep you signed in and measure performance
2.4 Payment Data
We do not collect or store your credit card number or any other payment card data. All transactions are processed securely by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). We only receive a transaction reference and subscription status from Paddle.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Providing the service: Processing messages, managing accounts, authenticating identity.
- Billing & subscriptions: Passing purchase details to Paddle.
- Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand feature usage and fix bugs.
- Communication: Transactional emails only (receipts, security alerts). Marketing emails only if you opt in.
4. AI Model Training
We do not use your personal chat history to train our AI models. Your conversations are used solely to display history to you and generate responses on your behalf. If this ever changes, we will notify you and obtain your explicit consent first.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Paddle — for payment processing.
- AI model providers — your message content is sent to the underlying AI API to generate responses.
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and database services under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal authorities — when required by law or court order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session authentication) and optional analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
- Right of access — request a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, or delete your account directly from account settings.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object — object to certain processing, including direct marketing.

9. Security
We implement industry-standard security including HTTPS/TLS, encrypted storage, and access controls. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. Children
GoGoing is not directed at children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may revise this policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.
